What are practices like?
We focus on these three things in our practices:
Proper Stroke Technique. It doesn't just make you look good. Proper technique makes you a faster swimmer! It also prevents injury (which is never any fun and would totally ruin your summer).
Individualization. Everyone's different, so sometimes our workouts should be too! Grandma doesn't need to do the exact same sets as our D1 swimmer home for the summer. That being said, we want to know about YOUR goals so we can make YOU the best YOU can be!
HAVING FUN! This one speaks for itself. This is literally the whole reason we teamed up with Grown-Up Swimming. Let's make this the BEST SUMMER EVER!
